We started our flock with some beautiful Silver Laced Wyandotte hens. They are a bold and curious breed with the most intricate lace pattern to their plumage. They lay medium to large light brown eggs.

Here we feed our ladies Kalmbach Henhouse Reserve brand chicken feed with added egg shell powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning blend and red pepper flakes.

They are 24/7 free range and drink from a fresh water spring under our Silver Maple tree.
